This is for Kung Fu class in Tse Kung Fu Academy, SydneyKungfu.au.

1. Enrol the Sydney Kung Fu Tse Academy class
2. Your enrolment is approved officially. Or you are a return student.

Terms and Conditions for Kung Fu Classes

1. Introduction
Welcome to TSE Kung Fu classes.

The Kung Fu classes are operated under the Hard Clutch ABN registration, which is registered for business purposes. All payments and transactions are processed through this business entity. By enrolling and making a payment for our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Class Fees
The class fee is A$80 per month, which covers 4 classes per month.
Payments are made monthly. The fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
Monthly classes must be attended within the calendar month. Absence cannot be carried forward to the next month.
You must select the month of your payment during the checkout process.

3. Trial Class
The first class is free as a trial. This offer is only available for new students and can only be used once.

4. Class Schedule
Classes will be held every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Location: Wahroonga NSW 2076, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change the schedule or location, in which case, all enrolled students will be notified in advance.

5. Equipment
For the class, students should wear comfortable sportswear.
Kung Fu shoes are recommended, but sneakers are also acceptable.

6. Liability and Insurance
Students participate in classes at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury or damage that occurs during the class.
Students are advised to have personal insurance for coverage while participating in Kung Fu classes.

7. Photography and Video Consent
By enrolling in the class, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the class for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not agree, please contact us in advance to opt out.

8. Payments and Cancellations
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.
Cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made, except in special circumstances at the discretion of the instructor.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon being published.
